Sound Meditation Recordings

Sound can be your pathway to meditation. And it doesn’t have to just be for intentional meditation: sound can be incorporated into your environment to establish a mood, or dipped into as a way to relax or quash anxiety. All of the meditation recordings are designed to promote meditation, relaxation, introspective self-exploration and support better sleep. Some recordings identify specific ways of being (calm, restored, creative…), others are intended for how we move through the world (sleep, travel, letting go…).

Sound Journeys

Welcome to a journey with sound. These 45-minute recordings incorporate sound therapy elements along with sonic experimentation to provide you with a unique, deep listening experience and brainwave stimulating sound experience. The recordings incorporates drones, rhythmic pulse drumming, gong, and a variety of instruments which develop, then unravel and morph throughout the listening experience.

Videos

This 3 part series pairs sound and visuals and has been thoughtfully designed to create a singular sonic landscape, one bookended with voice guidance to help maximize the deep listening experience. Each video is an aural experience set to colors and slow-moving landscapes, not simply a recording of a sound bath facilitation. The curation of instruments and sequences are unique for each of the 3 themes: Breathwork, Heart and Journey.

Sample of “Heart” Theme

The heart radiates energy and harnessing that, moving with grace and courage, allows you to become your own witness and to identify and release emotions.

This experience creates a sonic environment that supports the exploration, and potential release of, a wide range of emotions. The instruments included are: crystal bowls, shruti box, overtone singing, synthesizer, sitar and ocean sounds.

The energy of the heart center is an electromagnetic field—it’s vibrational. It radiates energy, keeps the body alive, transmits energy outward in connection to others, and also holds imprints of emotions.
